• Friday & Saturday: $710 for both nights + $42.60 (6% tax) =$752.60
• Split Weekends will be charged as a weekend rate of $365 a night + $21.90 = $386.90
• Thursday & Friday: $710 for both nights + $42.60 (6% tax) =$752.60
• Saturday & Sunday: $710 for both nights + $42.60 (6% tax) =$752.60
• Holidays: $400 per night + $24.00 (6% tax) = $424.00

Holidays: Christmas & New Year's (December 25th - January 3rd), Martin Luther King Weekend (January 15th - January 18th), & President's Day Weekend (February 12th - February 15th)

Weekends require a 2-night minimum booking. Holidays require a 3-night minimum booking.

Security Deposit = $250 + $75 Cleaning Fee = $375

50% of Rent is due within 10 days of booking to hold reservation.

Remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
